Your Excellency,
while expressing thanks for your courtesy in granting
me an interview this morning, I hasten to confirm verbal
statements made during our conversation and I trust that the
information contained herein will materially assist towarda
the presentation of our request to the Provincial Government.
Our subsidiary firm, recently formed in Hongkong,
is named "FAR-EAST AVIA ION COMPANY" and the purpose of
it's formation is the furtherance of aviation in China.
We employ a staff quite expert in all matters pertaining
to aeronautics, some of our members having served for
several years in the British Royal Air Force.
For any
information regarding our financial standing, we take
pleasure in referring you to our Bankers, the Hongkong
& Shan hai Banking Corporation, Hongkong.
With the active assistance of the Hongkong
Government and the promised assistance of the Canton
Government, we are now preparing plans for the transportation
of mail and passengers by aeroplane between Hongkong and
various ports in China. Alread, we have received the
assurance of the Aviation Authorities at Canton that
they will grant us the privilege of using their facilities
subject to the observance of certain conditions, which
are quite easy of fulfilment. Further the Aviation
Bureau at Canton have signified their belief in our
machines/
